We work exclusively with COSTA, HOLLAND AMERICA, NCL and CROISIEUROPE boats, renowned in the cruise industry.
We have chosen to carry out our cruises aboard their boat to satisfy the requirements of our customers. And thus offer you a unique experience with numerous activities and entertainment on board the boats.
Mandatory tipping is not included on our cruises.
During our cruises, we make stopovers almost every day, you can find the program on the page of the cruise in question. An arrival time at the destination is planned as well as a departure time, so you have time to visit the places where we make stopovers. Generally the stopovers last all day because we arrive early in the morning (between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.) and we leave late in the afternoon (between 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.)
For your children, there is a kids club and a mini club on board, a team is on hand to take care of your children throughout the day. On the program for them: activities, entertainment, everything necessary for fulfilled and happy children. All you have to do is enjoy your cruise peacefully.
CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation or modification fees apply to all orders. Any cancellation will be made in accordance with the law, as follows:
• From 120 days from the transaction date until the cruise departure date: the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the reservation amount or €90 per person, depending on the amount the lowest.
• 120 days to 91 days, customer will be charged a 30% cancellation fee
• From 90 days to 61 days, the customer will be charged a 50% cancellation fee
• From 60 days to 31 days, the customer will be charged a 75% cancellation fee
• For cancellation less than 30 days before departure or in the event of no-show for the flight or boarding, the customer will be charged 100%. Cancellation of the transaction must be made in writing, by fax or by going directly to the agency. Note that you can take out an additional insurance policy with the agency to cover cancellation of the trip for medical reasons or in other cases specified by this insurance.
INSURANCE
Note that you must cover yourself with appropriate and comprehensive insurance. In the event of a claim, you will need to contact your insurance company directly. You must take out this insurance before traveling. It is also recommended to insure your luggage. The company declines all responsibility for travelers who have not taken out insurance before traveling. Additionally, each passenger is required to seek medical examination prior to travel for any medication and vaccination requirements required to the destination country. The company takes no responsibility in this matter.
ABSENCE
Any absence for the ordered service - and confirmed in writing - will result in the customer being fully charged for all ordered services. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the same is valid for flights and cruises whether for reasons of non-appearance or flight delay.
DELAYS
The passenger should check the time limit for each service with the supplier, including flights, cruises, hotels and car rental companies. No complaints from the passenger about not receiving adequate service due to their delay will be received by the travel agency. The foregoing does not affect compliance with service delivery deadlines due by the supplier, which is the sole responsibility of the latter. Any claim will be made directly with the service provider.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
It is the passenger's responsibility to have a passport valid for at least six months from the planned return date. Please note that the company is not responsible for travelers holding foreign or temporary passports. Passengers of foreign nationality must comply with the police, customs and health formalities of the countries visited; and must contact the relevant consulates. If this is not the case, you will not be able to board or claim any refund and/or compensation. In case of doubt on the part of the traveler, he must contact the company within a reasonable time, by telephone or in writing, in order to verify whether a visa to enter the country of destination is necessary.
