What do our prices not include?

The prices displayed on our cruises do not include:

The boat companies

We work exclusively with COSTA, HOLLAND AMERICA, NCL and CROISIEUROPE boats, renowned in the cruise industry. We have chosen to carry out our cruises aboard their boat to meet the requirements of our customers. And thus offer you a unique experience with many activities and entertainment on board the boats.

Mandatory tip

Mandatory gratuities are not included on our cruises.


During our cruises, we make stops almost every day, you can find the program on the page of the cruise in question. An arrival time at the destination is planned as well as a departure time, so you have time to visit the places where we make the stopovers. Generally the stopovers last all day because we arrive early in the morning (between 7am and 9.30am) and we leave at the end of the afternoon (between 4.30pm and 7pm)

For kids

For your children, there is a kids club and a mini club on board, a team is present to take care of your children throughout the day. On the program for them: activities, entertainment, everything necessary for happy and fulfilled children. You just have to enjoy your cruise quietly.

Terms and conditions

Cancellation or modification fees apply to all orders. Any cancellation will be in accordance with the law, as follows:
• From 120 days from the date of the transaction until the date of departure of the cruise: the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the amount of the reservation or €90 per person, depending on the amount the lowest.
• 120 days to 91 days, customer will be charged 30% cancellation fee
• From 90 days to 61 days, the customer will be charged a 50% cancellation fee
• From 60 days to 31 days, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 75%
• For a cancellation less than 30 days before departure or in the event of a no-show for the flight or boarding, the customer will be charged 100%.
The cancellation of the transaction must be done in writing, by fax or by going directly to the agency. Note that you can subscribe with the agency to an additional insurance policy to cover cancellation of the trip for medical reasons or in other cases specified by this insurance.
Note that you must cover yourself with appropriate and comprehensive insurance. In the event of a claim, you will need to contact your insurance company directly. You must take out this insurance before the trip. It is also recommended to insure your luggage. The company declines all responsibility for travelers who have not taken out insurance before the trip. In addition, each passenger is required to be examined by a doctor before the trip for any need for medicines and vaccines necessary to the country of destination. The company takes no responsibility for this.
Any absence for the service ordered - and confirmed in writing - will result in the full charge of the customer for all the services ordered. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the same is valid for flights and cruises whether for reasons of non-appearance or flight delay.
The passenger should check the time frame set for each service with the supplier, including flights, cruises, hotels and car rental companies. No complaints from the passenger of not receiving adequate service due to their delay will be entertained by the travel agency. The foregoing does not affect the respect of service delivery times due by the supplier, which is the sole responsibility of the latter. Any claims will be made directly with the service provider.
It is the passenger's responsibility to bring a passport valid for at least six months from the date of the planned return. Note that the company is not responsible for travelers holding foreign or temporary passports. Passengers of foreign nationality must comply with the police, customs and health formalities of the countries visited; and should contact the relevant consulates. If this is not the case, you will not be able to board or claim any refund and/or compensation. In case of doubt on the part of the traveler, he must contact the company within a reasonable time, by telephone or in writing, in order to check whether a visa to enter the country of destination is necessary. Otherwise, the company will not be held responsible.
